How to report damaged, missing, incorrect, or cancelled orders.
Last updated: September 12, 2026An invoice request may be cancelled before payment instructions are completed by contacting support with the invoice number. If availability, documentation, eligibility, or another review requirement cannot be confirmed, Bloodline Peptides may decline or cancel the request.
Because research materials require controlled handling and their condition cannot be verified after leaving our custody, shipped products generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked. Do not mail any product back unless support gives written authorization and instructions.
Contact support@bloodlinepeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery or the carrier's delivery scan. Include the invoice number, a description of the issue, photographs of the shipping package and label, photographs of all contents received, and any visible damage. Keep the packaging and contents until the review is complete.
We review each claim against fulfillment and carrier records. When a verified error or transit-damage claim qualifies, we may replace the affected item, issue store credit, refund the affected amount through an available channel, or provide another appropriate resolution. A requested resolution is not guaranteed before review.
Orders delivered to the address submitted by the customer are not ordinarily eligible for replacement solely because they cannot later be located. Orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address may require additional shipping charges and may not qualify for replacement.
Change of mind, accidental ordering, refusal to complete purchaser verification, improper storage or handling after delivery, unauthorized use, expected research results, and damage occurring after delivery do not ordinarily qualify for return, replacement, or credit. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
