These terms govern access to the Bloodline Peptides website, accounts, rewards, order requests, and related services.

You represent that you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to agree, and are a qualified researcher or authorized purchaser acting for a legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research purpose. We may request additional verification and may deny access or service.
Catalog items are offered strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, and in-vitro research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, administration, compounding, food, cosmetics, personal use, resale for personal use, or household use. You are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, handling, storage, transfer, and use are lawful and appropriate in your research setting.
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts associated with inaccurate information, misuse, unlawful activity, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
Purchasing requires a signed-in account, a complete research-access application, and approval by Bloodline. We may request supporting organization, laboratory, or research information and may deny or revoke access when information is incomplete, cannot be verified, or suggests personal, human, veterinary, resale, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited use. Approval does not guarantee inventory, documentation, price, payment eligibility, or fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or refund any order that presents legal, safety, fraud, inventory, payment, or use concerns.
Prices and availability may change until an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges may apply. Promotions and bulk pricing do not combine unless expressly stated. Eligible approved customers may be directed to Stripe-hosted checkout for card or supported wallet payment. Other approved payment instructions may be provided after review and must be followed exactly with the assigned invoice number. Payment authorization or receipt does not prevent later cancellation and refund when an order cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
We currently accept order requests for eligible U.S. destinations. Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for promptly reviewing tracking updates. Additional rules appear in our Shipping Information.
Because research materials require controlled handling and cannot be verified after leaving our custody, shipped products generally cannot be returned or restocked. Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments are handled under our Returns & Order Issues Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Eligible completed purchases earn $10 in Bloodline store credit for each completed $100 in qualifying spend. Credit is connected to the verified account used for the order, has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be adjusted for cancellations, refunds, errors, abuse, or ineligible purchases. Welcome rewards and promotions may be limited to one per person or account. We may modify or end the program prospectively, subject to applicable law.
You may not use the website or products unlawfully; misrepresent your age, identity, affiliation, organization, role, or research purpose; submit false information; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the website; scrape or automate purchasing without permission; purchase for personal use; administer to a human or animal; resell for human, veterinary, or personal use; or use Bloodline content to make medical, dosing, treatment, or therapeutic claims.
The Bloodline Peptides name, branding, artwork, website design, text, product photographs, and other original content are owned by Bloodline Peptides or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Research outcomes depend on conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodline Peptides will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or misuse of a product. Review the separate Disclaimer for important product and research-use information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies. We may update these Terms as the website and business change. The version posted when you use the website applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
